After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions. Simply gather a few small hair samples and place them in a sealed Ziplock bag.

2. Send Your Samples
Mail your samples to the address provided in your confirmation email. Make sure they’re properly sealed and labeled — this helps us ensure accurate testing results.

3. Schedule Your Results Call
Once we receive your samples, we’ll analyze them using our bioenergetic testing technology. You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a one-on-one phone call where we’ll walk you through your results in detail.

4. Get Your Results
After your call, we’ll send a full copy of your personalized results straight to your email for your records and ongoing reference.
